Ingredients
- Tamarind – 50 grams
- Dates – 150 grams
- Brown sugar – 100 grams
- Jeera powder – 2 tablespoons
- Red chilli powder – 2 tablespoons
- Black salt – ½ tablespoon
- Salt – To taste
Method
1. Boil dates, brown sugar and tamarind for 2 minutes.
2. Cool the mixture and grind.
3. Sift the juice.
4. Add red chilli powder, jeera powder, black salt and salt.
5. Mix well.
