Detox Coriander Honey

Ingredients

  • Water – 1 glass
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon – 1
  • Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons

Method

Day 1:

1. Soak the coriander leaves in water overnight.

Day 2:

2. Soak chia seeds for 10 minutes.

3. Strain the soaked coriander leaves.

4. Add the coriander leaves, honey and water in a blender.

5. Squeeze the lemon in it.

6. Add the soaked chia seeds.

7. Blend well.

8. Serve chilled.
