Method
1. Cut the potatoes horizontally in half.
2. Hollow them out.
3. Apply some butter on the potatoes.
4. Mix cheese, peas and onion in a bowl.
5. Add salt and black pepper to the cheese mixture.
6. Pour ½ a teaspoon of sauce in the cavity of each potato.
7. Fill the cavity of each potato with cheese mixture.
8. Bake in a hot oven till the cheese melts.
9. Serve hot.
