Sabudana Khichdi

Ingredients

  • Sabudana – 2 cups
  • Boiled potato  – 1
  • Peanuts – ½ cup
  • Oil – 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped green chillis – 6 to 7
  • Salt – To taste

Method

Day 1:

1. Soak the sabudana in water overnight.

Day 2:

2. Roast the peanuts.

3. Boil the potatoes.

4. Heat the oil in a pan.

5. Add chopped green chillies and fry well.

6. Mix the soaked sabudana, boiled and cut potatoes and roasted peanuts.

7. Fry the mixture in hot oil.

8. Serve hot.
