Corn Pancake

Ingredients

  • Cheese – 4 cups
  • Corn cobs – 6
  • Cauliflower – 100 grams
  • Green chilli paste – 1 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour – 2 cups
  • Green peas – 100 grams
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup
  • Oil – As required
  • Ghee – As required
  • Salt – To taste

Method

1. Mix water in all-purpose flour and prepare the batter.

2. Add salt.

3. Keep aside for ½ hour.

4. Make 15–20 pancakes using ghee.

5. Boil green peas, cauliflower and corn in a pressure cooker.

6. Melt ghee in a pot.

7. Stir fry the chilli paste, boiled vegetables and coriander leaves.

8. Serve the pancakes on a plate covered with chutney, corn curry and cheese.
