Baked Capsicum

Ingredients

  • Capsicum – 8 to 10
  • Paneer – 300 grams
  • Cut onion – 2
  • Ginger paste – 2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Cut green coriander

Method

1. Scoop out the seeds from capsicum.

2. Leave the capsicum in boiling water for 2 minutes and then pick out.

3. Add all the ingredients of stuffing in a bowl except 1 tablespoon butter.

4. Fill the stuffing in the capsicums.

5. Apply the butter over the capsicums.

6. Preheat oven at 22 °C.

7. Take a baking tray.

8. Smear some butter on the tray.

9. Place the capscium on the tray.

10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.
