Plum Punch

Ingredients

  • Plums – ½ kg
  • Lemon – 1
  • Ginger – 15 grams
  • Black salt – ¾ teaspoon
  • Sugar – 6 teaspoons
  • Salt to taste

Method

1. Wash the plums and ginger properly.

2. Beat the ginger and grate it.

3. Add plums and ginger in the cooker with ½ a glass of water.

4. Boil till 3 whistles.

5. Let the mixture cool down.

6. Mash the mixture using hands. (Do not use mixer grinder.)

7. Add sugar, black salt, lemon and salt.

8. Add some more water.

9. Serve chilled.
