Groundnut Chutney

Ingredients

  • Groundnut – 200 grams
  • Red chilli powder – ½ cup
  • Sesame seeds – ½ cup
  • Lemon – 1
  • Salt – To taste

Method

1. Roast the groundnuts.

2. Peel them.

3. Roast sesame seeds and grind them to granules.

4. Mix red chilli powder and salt.

5. Add lemon juice and some water.

6. Churn the mixture in a mixer.

7. Consume immediately or store in fridge for 2–3 days.
