Banana Burger

Ingredients

  • Raw banana – 500 grams
  • Bread buns – 6
  • Peas – 150 grams
  • Tomatoes – 3
  • Cucumbers – 3
  • Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – To taste
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoons
  • Coriander chutney – 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup

Method

1. Boil banana and peas in the pressure cooker.

2. Peel the banana.

3. Mash together the peas and peeled banana.

4. Mix green chilli paste, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, and lemon juice.

5. Divide the mixture into equal parts.

6. Make cutlets.

7. Deep fry them in the warm oil.

8. Chop the cucumbers and tomatoes into fine slices.

10. Place the slices along with the cutlets between the bun slices.

11. Bake for 5 minutes.

12. Serve warm with coriander chutney or tomato ketchup.
