Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • Coriander leaves – 2 cups
  • Green chilli – 2 to 3
  • Lemon – 1
  • Sugar – 1 to 2 teaspoons
  • Salt – To taste

Method

1. Wash the coriander leaves thoroughly.

2. Strain the excess water.

3. In a mixer jar, add lemon, coriander leaves, green chilli, sugar and salt.

4. Blend into a smooth paste.

5. Store in a glass jar and keep refrigerated.
