Pineapple Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Milk – ½ litre
  • Pineapple slices – 4
  • Cream – 150 grams
  • Condensed milk – ½ tin
  • Pineapple essence – ¼ teaspoon
  • Sugar – 3 tablespoons
  • Corn flour – 2 tablespoons

Method

1. Add corn flour to ¼ cup of milk.

2. Boil the remaining milk.

3. Add sugar and corn flour mixture to the milk.

4. Keep stirring and cook for two minutes.

5. Switch off the flame.

6. Let the mixture cool down.

7. Keep it in the refrigerator till it is half set.

8. Churn the mixture in a mixer.

9. Add chilled cream, condensed milk and essence.

10. Churn in the mixer again.

11. Again keep the mixture in the refrigerator till half set.

12. Cut the pineapple in small pieces.

13. Again churn the mixture in the mixer and add pineapple slices.

14. Leave the mixture in the freezer for 12 hours.

15. Serve with a garnishing of small pieces of pineapple and cherry.
