Detox Ginger Beetroot

Ingredients

  • Boiled beetroots – 2
  • Lemon – 1
  • Freshly peeled ginger – 1-inch piece
  • Garlic cloves – 7 to 8
  • Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons
  • A few coriander leaves

Method

1. Soak chia seeds for 10 minutes.

2. Mix the remaining ingredients in the blender.

3. Blend to a smooth consistency.

4. Strain with a strainer.

5. Transfer to a glass.

6. Add the soaked chia seeds.

7. Serve immediately.
