Almond Chocolate

Ingredients

  • Cocoa powder – 6 teaspoons
  • Milk powder – 3 teaspoons
  • Icing sugar – 100 grams
  • Almond powder – 100 grams
  • Ghee – 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract – 3 to 4 drops

Method

1. Sift milk powder, cocoa powder and icing sugar 2-3 times.

2. Melt ghee in a pan.

3. Add the milk powder, cocoa powder and icing sugar and stir.

4. Add almond powder.

5. Mix well.

6. Add vanilla extract.

7. Let the contents remain in the pot for 10–15 minutes.

8. Apply ghee on the palms.

9. Divide the mixture into round balls.

10. Keep the balls in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

11. Take them out and cover with silver foil paper.

12. Keep them back in the refrigerator.
