Method
1. Cut the almonds and pista.
2. Crumble the paneer.
3. Boil milk.
4. Add bay leaf to it.
5. Let the milk boil till its volume reduces to half.
6. Add coconut powder, almonds, pista and sugar.
7. Add elaichi powder.
8. Switch off the flame.
9. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature.
10. Now add paneer to it.
11. Keep the kheer in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours.
12. Serve chilled.
