Corn Curry

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk – 3 cups
  • Corn – 500 grams
  • All-purpose flour – 50 grams
  • French beans – 100 grams
  • Grated coconut – 2 teaspoon
  • Poppy seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Ghee – As required
  • Salt – To taste

Method

1. Melt ghee in a pot.

2. Add poppy seeds and green chilli and stir.

3. Add all-purpose flour and coconut milk.

4. Mix well.

5. Add the beans.

6. Boil for some time.

7. Add sugar, salt and boiled corn.

8. Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves and coconut.
