Coconut Barfi

Ingredients

  • Desiccated coconut – 250 grams
  • Powdered sugar – 250 grams
  • Khoya – ½ kg

Method

1. Roast khoya and powdered sugar together for 10 minutes.

2. Switch off the flame and keep on stirring.

3. When the mixture cools down, add desiccated coconut.

4. Spread the mixture on a greased plate and keep it to rest.

5. After some time cut the spread into barfi shape.
