Raita masala:
1. Coarsely ground the cumin seeds.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Store in a refrigerator.
Raita:
4. Churn the curd.
5. Add 1 tablespoon of water.
6. Add grated cucumber and raita masala.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Serve chilled.
