Detox Watermelon Apple

Ingredients

  • Lemon – 1
  • Apple – 1
  • Watermelon – ½ cup
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Cucumber – 1
  • A few mint leaves
  • Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons

Method

1. Soak chia seeds for 10 minutes.

2. Add the cucumber, apple, watermelon and sugar in the blender.

3. Squeeze the lemon.

4. Add ice cubes to it.

5. Blend for a few seconds.

6. Strain using a strainer.

7. Transfer the juice to a glass.

8. Add chia seeds, ice cubes and mint leaves.

9. Serve chilled.
