Appetizer

Ingredients

  • Fresh mint leaves – 4 teaspoon
  • Ginger – 1-inch piece
  • Clove – 2 to 3
  • Tamarind (imli) pulp – 1 cup
  • Lemon – 1
  • Sugar – 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • Water – 1 litre
  • Ice as needed
  • Black salt to taste

Method

1. Grind mint leaves, ginger and clove.

2. Add ice to the ground mixture.

3. You can adjust the quantity of salt and sugar according to your taste.

4. Serve chilled.
