Method
1. In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, carom seeeds and some water.
2. Cut the paneer in desired-sized pieces.
3. Add the paneer pieces to gram flour mixture.
4. Leave the mixture aside for 10 minutes.
5. Then, fry the paneer pieces.
6. Now, take a wok and add butter.
7. When the butter melts, add tomato puree, black pepper, salt, sugar, ¼ cup cream and coriander leaves.
8. After the gravy thickens, add fried paneer to it.
9. Cook for 2 more minutes.
10. Switch off the flame.
11. Pour the korma in the serving dish.
12. Garnish with cream and coriander leaves.
