Spring Onion ki Sabji

Ingredients

  • Spring onion – 2 bundles
  • Oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Red chilli powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Amchur powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Dhaniya powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Kachari powder – 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt – To taste

Method

1. Heat oil in a frying pan.

2. Add cumin seeds.

3. Let them splutter.

4. Add dhaniya powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.

5. Chop and add the spring onion.

6. Add the kachri powder and amchur powder.

7. Mix well.

8. Serve hot.
