Kesari Masti

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Curd – 2 teaspoons
  • Cashew nuts – 4 (cut in small pieces)
  • Desiccated coconut – 1 cup
  • Almonds – 4 (cut in small pieces)
  • Crest cardamom – 1 pinch
  • Raisins – 10
  • Saffron or orange edible colour

Method

1. Boil milk and add curd to it. The milk will curdle.

2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the curdled milk.

3. Cook till the mixture almost boils over.

4. Let it cool down.

5. Now make laddu or barfi out of the boiled, dried mixture.
