Coriander-Green Chilli Chutney

Ingredients

  • Coriander leaves – 3 cups
  • Green chillis – 10 to 11
  • Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon (optional)
  • Black salt – 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Lemon juice – 6 teaspoons
  • Jeera powder – 2 teaspoons (optional)
  • Amchur powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste – ½ teaspoon (optional)
  • Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons (optional)
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Salt – To taste

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients and grind in a mixer grinder till a smooth paste is obtained.

2. Serve the chutney.
