Singre ki Chutney

Ingredients

  • Singre – 1 cup
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar – ¾ teaspoon
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Curd – 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon – 1

Method

1. Wash singre and strain the excess water.

2. Add all ingredients to a blender.

3. Blend to a smooth paste.

4. Store in the refrigerator.
