Dhaniya Nariyal Barfi

Ingredients

  • Ground coriander – 1 cup
  • Grated coconut – ¾ cup
  • Powdered sugar – 1½ cup
  • Water – ¾ cup
  • Melon seeds – 2 tablespoons

Method

1. Roast the ground coriander and melon seeds.

2. Mix the sugar in water and prepare a sugar syrup.

3. Mix the roasted coriander mixture and grated coconut.

4. Cook well.

5. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate.

6. Garnish with some grated coconut.

7. Cut into pieces of desired sizes and shapes.

8. Serve.
