Pizza Puff

Ingredients

  • Bread – 6
  • Chopped onion – ½ cup
  • Chopped carrot – ½ cup
  • Chopped cabbage – ½ cup
  • Chopped capsicum – ½ cup
  • Boiled corn – ½ cup
  • Grated cheese – ¼ cup
  • Ghee
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chaat masala
  • Cornflour powder

Method

1. Cut the corners of the bread.

2. Take ghee in a wok.

3. Roast all the veggies in it.

4. Add salt, black pepper and chaat masala.

5. Turn off the flame.

6. Let the mixture cool down.

7. Add grated cheese to it.

8. Press the bread slices using a rolling pin.

9. Make a mixture of cornflour powder and water.

10. Now take a bread slice.

11. Place some mixture in it.

12. Paste the other slice on the first one using cornflour water.

13. Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours.

14. Take out and deep fry.

15. Serve hot.
