Method
1. In a wok, add panch phoron and oil.
2. Add bitter gourd, potato, ridge gourd, drumstick and carrot.
3. Fry well.
4. Keep the vegetables aside.
5. Add chopped ginger and green chilli to the oil.
6. Sauté well.
7. Add mustard paste and poppy seed paste.
8. Stir well.
9. Add the sugar and salt.
10. Add the fried vegetables.
11. Stir well.
12. Add fennel seed and milk.
13. Mix well for 5 minutes.
14. Add ghee and switch off the flame.
15. Serve hot with rice.
