Chana Dal Halwa

Ingredients

  • Chana dal – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Ghee – 1 cup
  • Raw milk as needed
  • Water as needed

Method

1. Soak chana dal in raw milk overnight.

2. Strain and keep the milk aside.

3. Grind the dal in the mixer.

4. Roast the ground dal using ghee.

5. Make sugar syrup and add it to roasted dal.

6. Add dry fruits if you want.

7. Serve hot.
