Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour dough – 1 cup
- Mixture to be filled:
- Sattu – 3 tablespoons
- Onion – 2 tablespoons
- Mango pickle masala – 2 teaspoons
- Green chilli – 1 (cut into pieces)
- Green coriander – 1/4 cup
- Red chilli powder – To taste
- Salt – To taste
Method
1. Finely cut the onion or grate it.
2. Mix all the ingredients of the filling mixture in a bowl.
3. The mixture should be soggy but not too wet.
4. Take some dough and shape it into a small cup.
5. Fill the cavity with some filling mixture.
6. Roll out into a chapati.
7. Make paratha on medium heat using oil or ghee.
8. Serve hot with aloo sabzi, butter and/or sweet mango pickle.
