Ingredients
- Sabudana – 2 cups
- Boiled potato – 1
- Peanuts – ½ cup
- Oil – 2 teaspoons
- Chopped coriander leaves – 2 teaspoons
- Chopped green chillis – 6 to 7
- Salt – To taste
Method
Day 1:
1. Soak the sabudana in water overnight.
Day 2:
2. Roast the peanuts.
3. Boil the potatoes.
4. Heat the oil in a pan.
5. Add chopped green chillies and fry well.
6. Mix the soaked sabudana, boiled and cut potatoes and roasted peanuts.
7. Fry the mixture in hot oil.
8. Serve hot.
