Ingredients
- Boondi – ¾ cup
- Curd – 2 cups
- Sugar – ¾ teaspoon
- Coriander leaves
- Raita Masala:
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Roasted cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Black salt – 1 tablespoon
- Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Method
Raita masala:
1. Coarsely ground the cumin seeds.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
3. Store in a refrigerator.
Raita:
4. Soak boondi in lukewarm water for 5 minutes.
5. Churn the curd along with sugar and 2 tablespoons of water.
6. Squeeze the boondi and add it to the curd.
7. Add raita masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Serve chilled.
