Ingredients
- Water – 1 glass
- Honey – 2 teaspoons
- Rock salt – ½ teaspoon
- Lemon juice – 4 teaspoons
- Chia seeds – 2 teaspoons
Method
1. Soak chia seeds for 10 minutes.
2. In a glass, add water, honey, rock salt, lemon juice, and soaked chia seeds.
3. Mix well and serve.
