Ingredients
- All-purpose flour – 200 grams
- Corn flour – 800 grams
- Powdered sugar – 3 tablespoons
- Yeast – 25 grams
- Ghee – 100 grams
- Salt – To taste
- For sauce:
- Bell peppers – 3
- Tomatoes – 5
- Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
- Chopped green chillies – 2
- Grated corn cobs – 2
- Grated cheese
- Salt – To taste
Method
Pizza chapati:
1. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
2. Mix ghee and corn flour.
3. Make a smooth dough.
4. Keep it aside for 15–20 minutes.
5. Knead the dough.
6. Roll out chapatis with 6-inch diameter and ½-inch thickness.
7. Grease the oven tray.
8. Arrange the rolled-out chapatis.
9. Bake at 350 °F for 10 minutes.
Sauce:
10. Sauté green chillies, tomato gravy, garam masala and salt in ghee for 2 minutes.
11. Mix well.
Pizza:
12. Spread the sauce on the chapatis.
13. Sprinkle grated corn and bell peppers.
14. Bake for 2 minutes.
15. Sprinkle grated cheese.
16. Cut the pizza into wedges.
17. Serve warm.
