Ingredients
- Coriander leaves – 3 cups
- Green chillis – 10 to 11
- Fennel seeds – ½ teaspoon (optional)
- Black salt – 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Lemon juice – 6 teaspoons
- Jeera powder – 2 teaspoons (optional)
- Amchur powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste – ½ teaspoon (optional)
- Cumin seeds – 2 teaspoons (optional)
- Water – ¼ cup
- Salt – To taste
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients and grind in a mixer grinder till a smooth paste is obtained.
2. Serve the chutney.
