Ingredients
- Ripe bananas – 12
- Sugar – 200 grams
- Ricotta cheese – 200 grams
- Pistachios – 3
- Almonds – 5
- Ghee – 4 tablespoons
- Cardamoms – 5 to 6 (powdered)
Method
1. Peel and mash the bananas to a paste.
2. Take the mashed bananas in a frying pan.
3. Add sugar and grated ricotta cheese.
4. Mix well.
5. Cook on a low heat until it turns brown.
6. Add ghee.
7. Stir for 5 minutes on low heat.
8. Add cardamom powder.
9. Spread the halwa on a greased plate.
10. Cut almonds and pistachios and sprinkle on the halwa.
11. Cool the halwa.
12. Cut into pieces before serving.
