Ingredients
- Raisins – 10 to 12
- Guavas – 2
- Apples – 2
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Red chilli red powder – 2 tablespoons
- Cloves – 3
- Cashew nuts – 4 to 5 (optional)
- Cinnamon – 3
- Ghee – 2 tablespoons
- Coriander seed powder – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Method
1. Wash and scrap the apples.
2. Wash the guavas.
3. Cut both into big pieces.
4. Melt ghee in a pot.
5. Add cinnamon and cloves.
6. Roast raisins and cashew nuts for 2 minutes.
7. Add apples and guavas and cook.
8. Add coriander seed powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder, sugar and salt.
9. Mix well.
10. Take out and stir.
