Ingredients
- Cinnamon – 50 grams
- Cumin seeds – 20 grams
- Cloves – 50 grams
- Black pepper – 50 grams
- Green cardamom – 20 grams
- Black cardamom – 30 grams
- Nutmeg – ½
- Mace – 3 to 4 strands
- Bayleaf – 10 grams
Method
1. Cover all the spices with muslin and sundry (or microwave them for 30 seconds).
2. Grind all the spices to a fine powder.
3. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
